Right leg sole pain
My right leg sole is paining. It's paining at the middle of sole. It pains while walking. And now the pain has increased.

Wear comfortable  shoes. Hot fermentation twice a day. Ankle stretching exercises. .

It's most likely plantar fascitis due to heel spur formation

consult ortho doctor. you need further assessment. it may be tibialis posterior tendon problem

Pls check whether you have got flat foot ,if so then pls change your boot with medial ach & also add silicon insole ,if still persists then go for a session with physiotherapy treatment..
