Right lower abdomen pain
I have pain in my lower right abdomen past 3 days after performing heavy exercise. The intensity of pain is much reduced over time but still it is uncomfortable. First a sharp pain occured near scrotum and now it slowly shifted to right abdomen and right hip region and now the pain is very dull. Pain triggers after sudden movement. I have no urinary problems and no indigestion problem and no nausea. I feel everything normal but this pain alone come and go. Kindly help me...

This seems like a dragging pain seen commonly in inguinal herniation. Also, you have a history of heavy lifting suggestive of that. You need to get yourself examined. Visit a general surgeon in your area.
