Right minimal hydroureteronephrosis
I had lower back pain and right side pain since 3 days. Yesterday evening after urination, there was extremely severe and unbearable pain on tip of penis. There is no pain today. I did ultrasound. It showed Right minimal hydroureteronephrosis. Does this mean there is a stone. Will this cause obstruction to urine flow?

These symptoms as well as USG findings can be because of renal stones. If you are unsure that you have passed the stone or not or your symptoms are persistent, get a CT scan KUB and meet a urologist
