Right renal cortical cyst
I am 23 yrs old male.I have severe pain in right side lower abdomen and pain slowly spread after eat more salty food and went to doctor they said its a kidney stone.I went to take USG In the report no stone in kidney but I have right renal cortical cyst.I attach photo of my report.now I don't have any pain.but I worry so much please any one tell me its safe or I want to treat?its a bosnaik type 1.

Cyst is harmless. But pain cause should be found out.

Hi, the pain is not usually because of a renal cyst unless it gets infected or has a bleeding in it. The description of your pain appears to be because of a stone which is some times missed on USG( in upto 30% of cases). so if the pain is persistent, please get a CT KUB exam done to confirm / exclude stone. For a renal cyst Bosniak1 no treatment is required.

No need to worry. Thats a normal finding. Get usg scan every 6months for watch

Nothing to worry....if pain take paracetamol 650 mg....if pain recurs or you have blood in urine get CT scan done.....otherwise do repeat usg after 6 months
