Right Shoulder Pain
I'm facing a dull shoulder pain every time I move my right shoulder. It increases as I try to rotate my hand.

Thats a rotatr cuff injury. Contact a physio for further shoulder assessment.

Did it get pulled or did you lift any weight overhead?
Do you feel like a pinch in the shoulder when you lift it?
Try raising your shoulder up with palm facing the ceiling and see if pinch is less and get back to me
