Frozen shoulder mostly. Needs clinical evaluation. However it is self limiting and takes approximately 1 year . Physiotherapy, hot fomentation , excercises of the shoulder will help.

Hello dear Thanks for reaching out. Considering your mother's age and her complaints i suspect your mother has got a rotator cuff tear and might even be arthritis if it's been there for long. Injection given was only for pain relief and has done its job. However her power and movements will not improve just by this. I need to see her X-rays and an MRI of the affected shoulder. X-RAY RIGHT SHOULDER TRUE AP AND OUTLET VIEWS MRI RIGHT SHOULDER WITHOUT CONTRAST. Make sure you get both X-rays and MRI and not just MRI alone. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
Next Steps
Consult online with X-rays and Mri or can connect in person if based in delhi
