For the last 3~ months (give or take) my right shoulder has been in pain [stabbing / throbbing / radiating]. If i rest or move my arm into certain positions my entire right arm goes numb with a tingling sensation. Sleep is near impossible, as there are no positions that do not result in immense pain, and the use of my arm is at about 60% if i were to place an estimate on it.
Possible cause: an armoire fell on me as i fell to the ground and it bruised the back right of my shoulder.
