What is the treatment for this and how long it will take to be cured?Is surgery is needed for making my shoulder normal?The MRI report is submitted.

If you are having recurring dislocation - better to have arthroscopic surgery. Consult shoulder surgeon. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B. Shoulder specialist in Chennai

The shoulder from the mri report looks like you had a dislocation..ideally for this you need to be clinically assessed for shoulder instability.. if it is there then you need arthroscopic bankart repair and will recover in a months time..if there is no instability.. Then you need to do only physiotherapy..

Hai it show the lesion it just a normal surgery if u wish consult a ortho who is expert n shoulder to do it
