I think my problem is just temporary, but my right side (lumbar region) is in slight pain. I can ignore it, but it's bothersome. I'm a little paranoid because I just cleaned some mold off my window and was worried about touching or breathing it in... could that be the reason I am feeling this pain? It doesn't hurt any more or less to breathe or touch it.

The symptoms you mentioned aren't suggestive of any mold infection. The right lumbar pain is likely due to trauma or strain by carrying any excessive weight. You can apply a hot water bag or hot towel over the area followed by putting a topical pain killer gel over the area.
