Right side chest pain for last 1 month

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I visited a clinic in Delhi appointment booked through practices app. I am suffering from mild right side chest pain while moving for last one month. Today I have received my USG report and the clinical impression is of mild fatty liver. Is it a serious health concern ?? Please help me to decide what to do next.
