Right side chest pain
I am 32 yrs old. Often my right side chest, just below the ribs pains.One day, I was having cold and caugh, during urinating I suddenly fell and left unconscious for sometym, hv done ecg then, it was normal, cholesterol was on the higher side. BP normal.what can be the reason?

About right side pain... That comes often, if after taking food, most likely Gall bladder stones or Gastritis. Consult a surgeon and do Ultrasound abdomen. Due to micturition syncope, u lost consciousness. Or cough syncope. If it's only one and first episode , ECG being normal, it's ok. But when you regained consciousness, any fits during that time, needs EEG test and Neurophysician consultation.
