Good morning sir My name is annu from Jharkhand.... Since last night I was sleeping I got head pain in right after dat slowly my Ful right side of body like hand and leg start pain.... Can u tell me why its hppning with me bciz pain is untorable

Please It seems to be musculoskeletal pain Take Tab hifenac TH 1 tab Twice a day Tab pan 1 tab once a day Tab neurobion forte 1 tab Twice a day All for 3 days Avoid curd, chana etc
