Right side lower abdomen pain
I had took letrozle 5 mg this cycle, and ovulation happened around 14 th day of cycle. Today Is my 20 th day of cycle, and I am having pain on right side of lower abdomen.. I feel pain while laughing ,sneezing,stretching right hand etc... is this alarming? Or is it a sign of pregnancy.? Do I need to consult a doctor directly?
