Right side neck pain
Very strong and sever neck pain when I inhale. The pain is on the right side and pulsates, it is towards the top of my neck and behind my ear. Causing immense discomfort.

You seem to be suffering from cervical myofacial pain which usually occurs secondary to neck muscle dysfunction and spasm. You may need to take painkillers and apply hot compresses to the muscles.
