Right Testicle Hang Lower With mild Pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've been suffering from testicular problem for about 3 months. My Right sided testicle hangs lower than the left. It causes mild pain after sitting on chair for long time and sometimes it feels like burning and also pain in my right sided thigh and leg. sometimes I feel numbness in my leg. * No swelling *No pain during urination * no pain on walking or movement * body fitness ie, weight, BMI all are okay. Thank you.
