Right testicle slightly horizontal
My right testicle is horizontal from almost a month now. This was normal previously but it has changed it's shape. There is no pain and no swelling too. Slight pain in the left thigh but that too rarely. The testicle come to normal shape sometimes. When my penis is erect the right testicle becomes almost horizontal and I feel uncomfortable seeing it. I have using scrotal support and I am sure this is not normal as normally it was always fine previously. I feel my right spermatic cord has shortened automatically. My USG was also normal. What could be the reason.
