Ringing sound in ear
Dear sir/madam
After exposed to sudden loud noise through my mobile ringtone..I got some ringing sound in my right ear..After 1 week same ringing sound is there in my ear and it's not going less..is it tinnitus..or something other thing that I have to worry about..or it goes away on its own..pls help me.

You seem to have had inner ear acoustic trauma due to loud sound which may have caused tinnitus. You may need to undergo detailed audiological evaluation to confirm the diagnosis. Urgent treatment may be necessary to avoid permanent deficits
