Rings near inner thighs

I have rings in inner thighs since 20 days and have used itch guard and ring guard but there is no effect. Is has spread. What should I do??

You probably have fungal infection. Stop self medication -as it can lead to anti fungal resistance. Consult dermatologist at the earliest. Antifungal creams and tablets are needed. Detailed tests for diabetes are also routinely done.
