Ringshaped painful swellings
Hello I sometimes get ringshaped white swellings on my hands and feet which are painful and itchy. There is no triggering contact with anything they just appear They usually go away after a few hours but they are really painful. I took some pictures but I sadly can't attach them here. I'm looking forward for your help as my dermatologist says these things are self induced because I have dermatographica (she thinks I draw circles with something but I really don't) Greetings

This is related to vitiation in blood, not the external agents induced. Need details of lifestyle food/sleep/work pattern to know the cause for blood vitiation and to know you to prescribe or to do for the same
