I have a ringworm on my arm that hasn't subsided after using an anti fungal ointment for past 2 weeks or more.

Ringworm is rare on hand. What is common is either hand eczema or psoriaisis. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
