I am on a daily dose of 2 mg risperidone and 2 mg trihexyphinedyl. Will it make me impotent if I take it for long term?
P.S: I have started getting dry orgasms when I masturbate.

Hello,
No it won't make you impotent. Though any antipsychotic can cause sexual side effects but these effects are reversible. 2 mg is a lower dose and as sexual side effects depends on individual susceptibility. So you can have sexual side effects due to it.
Next Steps
Consult your psychiatrist.

No.
Why are you taking risperidone though?
But you should strongly consider genetic counseling if you have a strong family history of mental illness. The chances that child might have the same illness are high.
