Hi, I crashed my bike on concrete about 2 hours ago I have 2 abrasions on my face (one abouve the lip, one on the chin). The one above my lip is about 1/4 wide and 1 inch long, it is not very deep. The other abrasion is on my chin, it is only about 1/4 inch wide and long, this is also not deep. I have a non stick gos pad on them both with Neosporin and cleand them with soap and water when I got home, although there was no debris, my question is how should I take car of this and how long ...

abdrasion wound is not easily fill. with that u take few homopathic medicine which increase the healing process.
