No. Rotavirus Vaccine has to be initiated before 16 weeks of life.(i.e. 15 weeks and 6 days). If your child has completed 16 weeks than recommendation says not to start this Vaccine.. (as safety profile and side effects can be an issue). Consult your nearby  pediatrician. He will guide you best.
Next Steps
4 months is more than 16 weeks. as 1 month have 4 weeks plus few days, which add up to almost a week in 4 months duration.
Health Tips

Hi, rotavirus vaccine is available as rotateq vaccine. It is available for Rs 1200. These are oral drops which are given at 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 14 weeks of age. Any vaccine should be given under supervision of doctors only. No vaccine should be administered by self. Open YouTube and search Dr Deepak Patel and watch video on vaccination.
