Rotten egg burps,diarrhea
From past 2 years am suffering ocassionally from foul burps followed by diarrhea after having meals to night specially non veg.Intially i consluted rmp he said its an bacterial infection in stomach.How to get rid of this.Thank u

It is mainly due to improper digestion of food... Have food rich in fibre along with excess of water.... To reduce this... Digestive enzymes syrup would help
