Rough skin of two fingers
My skin on my two fingers of right hand looks very dry. Also, sometimes if i have put my hands in water for a long time, the fingers looks like it will bleed. Once a little circle short of area on my finger got erupted, and the skin came off which caused bleeding. I am not able to do anything from my right hand, as soon as I touch water it starts burning.

Hello. You can be having an eczema called as hand eczema or psoriasis but for that i need to see you personally
For time being you need to put hand foot moisturiser like xerina cream or logifeel cream itll keep moisturised
And if u are right handed person you tend to do all activities with that hand hence it comes in contact with many chemicals which aggravates this
Pls wear gloves before touching any strong chemicals
