I have dry, wrinkles, and blackheads on my legs for the past 5 yrs. What can i do to? Pls help

It might be secondary for the improper hair removal procedure, or even might be due to other reasons too, for examples using harsh soaps, or anything which might lead to dryness n which in turn may lead to wrinkles
