RPD of Fetus at 30 Week Geostationary ag

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 30 weeks pregnant. My baby has dilated kidney ( Left is prominent with 5.6 mm) . Is there anything to worry? Or after birth it will go off by its own? I am a bit worried about it.
