Hi, here is the result of ultrasound: Mixed heteroechoic content of size 18 × 10mm noted within endometrial cavity showing mild vascularity on doppler study s/o RPOC. 1. Does this confirm RPOC? 2. In this case (18x10mm),Can RPOC be treated by medicine or D&C is mandatory?

Yes its rpoc... Surgery decision based on her symptoms and your treating doctor can take decision of medication or surgery as this is very less product
