  4. Rt arm pain. At night if i sleep on it.

I have a sharp peircing pain from my shoulder to my wrist and sometimes up to my neck and the back of my shoulder i have very little muscle ability anymore and a hard lump on the top of my shoulder. it becomes more painful with usage of my arm or at night if i sleep on it.
