Rt pleural effusion
CT scan report-known operated can breast with mediastinal adenopathy with encashed svc & rpa with chest wall collaterals with rt pleural effusion with doubtful lymphangitis . Please suggest what to do now

It is an advanced disease. Ideally a PET CT scan would give better results - especially liver, lungs and bone spread of disease. If the general condition is good then go for palliative treatment - chemotherapy or radiotherapy or both. If general condition is bad then only symptomatic treatment (best supportive care)

Seems like progressive disease.. What was the prior harmone receptor status... If the lumen of SVC is compromised needs radiation to SVC .. And chemotherapy based on prior chemo history...
