Get b hcg done and do a second test after 48 hrs of the first test. In a normal pregnancy hcg should roughly double in 48 hrs
The second line may sometimes be faint in early pregnancy but what we have to rule out is ectopic (pregnancy in abnormal location) or miscarriage
