Running gone slow
When i was 14 year old ,i used to run very fast... But after 14 years , suddenly my running got slower , my younger brother who is 3 years less than me, started running faster than me... Now everyone runs faster than me who is of my age or even younger ones... My running steps are not long ones , they are small ones... From 14 years till now , i am not able to run faster as i used to be before... I am serious i give my best in running but others with same body as mine runs more more faster...

Now you must do stretching exercises of ankle and knees before and after running. Running start 10-10 minutes and after every 10 minutes do stretching exercises

U need to  do exercises that increase the strength, endurance of your leg  muscles as well as to increase the core muscles strengthening that will help you .
Next Steps
1. Jogging - initial 10 min continious 2. leg raises - for both legs. lie on bes straight and first 1leg raise to up nd slowly down &same for another . 3. lunges - 5 repitition 4. calf stretches - 3 repitition with hold of 5 sec. 5. leg press- 10 times with single leg nd then with both leg together. 6. back extension

Increase your muscle strengthening exercises. Practice more. If any pain or problem with muscles consult your dr there.

Basically You Need to Train Your Muscles in Such A Way that You can run Faster it is nothing just a muscle training You See In Weight Training as We start Exercising initially we Are not able to do more exercises but gradually with time and muscle training we are able to do more exercises

Functional movement screening and your job history will let us know a lot. Most of the time it's sport's specific. Muscles- if u dnt use it u will loose it. Better to get it checked with a physio . Screening will definitely help u.

during this lock down time start with stretches though. there are many running specific stretches try those.

First need to check is it because of any underlying pathological cause or is coz of muscular or practice I feel u should consult and get your PFT done and also check your muscle power and your endurance

Hai u haven’t shared ur body mass index how about ur height and weight so and so now ur 28 years if you need to be energetic u need to do some exercise along with that u should know the endurance exercises which will keep you healthy always want to know mean just check with any near by Physiotherapist or get through telephonic consultation with me all the best
