Running nose & cough
13 months kid having cold and cough. We are giving tminic and ambrolite S as prescribed by Dr. Already 2-2 bottles of each are finished but there is no much relief. Kid will be good for a day or 2 then again cold & cough will start. Please suggest some home remedies or good medicines. What can be cause of so frequent cold & cough.
Please suggest.

Home remedies for cold and cough, you can try some steam inhalation and also keep him warm as the climate is becoming cold.
Avoid fruits and milk products for next 15 days.
If the child is a mouth breather by night there could be an issue with Adenoids and tonsils .
Please visit an ENT for further evaluation.
