Running nose and cough sputum
My baby of 10mths old having clod and cough and sputum from 4 days. Consulted doctor but no improvement. Please suggest

These cases are mostly viral infections by rhino virus or rsv virus or other viruses.These are usually self healing and require no treatment.But to help the baby for her discomfort ,nasal blocked etc some symptomatic treatment is given by pediatrician,but that does not shorten the duration of illness.So waitfor another few days the baby will be ok.
