My 3 month old baby spitting up mucus and nose running while holding upright... crying alot when made to sleep and also while carrying

Spitting of mucus and a nose running is good as your baby is passing out the secretions. you have to keep his nostrils patent and also you have to check his ears for ear pain. visit your pediatrician for further treatment and advice
