Running nose, sneezing, coughing
Having running nose since last one month. Taking primary medicine such as citrazen etc. but no improvement, getting even worst. Pls suggest what should i do?? Thanks

Chr running nose can be Sinusitis.. It may need a nasal steroid for some days. More history of Allergy is needed

take hot water inhalation everyday do exercise..exercise brings about body's own steroid and endorphins hormone tht improve the Allergy.

sinusitis is common..don't worry much. take monteleucast with levocetrizine. if u r feeling drowsy with levocetrizine take other alternatives . thanks
