Running while fat
I weigh 140kg (310lbs). I've already lost 10kgs (22lbs) but would like to take up running as well as the cycling I already do. At my weight, would I be damaging my knees and ankles if I take up running? I would be aiming to get up to 5K over 8-10 weeks, running 3 times per week.
