Runny Nose During Exercise
Every time I do any sort of physical activity, my nose gets runny. It doesn't matter if I'm walking long distances, hiking, working out in the gym etc, my nose always gets running during any physical activity. Why is that? Should I be concerned? Or is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks.

It could be exercise induced rhinitis. It is not a serious issue, but it could be bothersome. There are no easy solutions for this one.
Next Steps
I suggest you consult an ENT surgeon.
