My 7 years old son is having runny nose . I've started giving montair lc kid from yesterday. Today he got nose bleed. Does montair lc kid cause nosebleed. Please suggest which medicine to use for runny nose

Dear parents,               Give to your child syp wikoryl one tab twice a day for 5days &Mucoris p nasal drops 2-2 drops each nostril Three times a day.
