I want to start taking Saheli pills to avoid pregnancy. please suggest whether its safe and effective?

Yes it safe and effective.Only problem is amenorrhea for long time sometimes.You have to maintain the time and day initial for 3 months.For details contact me online through practo .I will explain how to use.
