Saliva smell is unbearable

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am 32 male and i have observed for past few years that my breath smells foul , but the saliva smell is unbearable. if i lick my fingers and smell the saliva it smells disgusting. . Dental health is satisfactory as diagnosed by dentist. I have poor tolerance towards Maida (wheat flour) and have certain indigestion problems when consume items like pizza, noodles etc. I am a non smoker and occasional drinker. Appreciate your help.
