Salmonelle Thyphi H
My son is widal blood test indicates that Salmonella TYphi ( H) value is 1:40 dil and declares as positive by the lab. But I learn that if it is more than 1:60 means he is infected . is it correct ? He does not have any other problems except high fever at 103 and headache but fever repeats after 4 hrs interval

His reports indicate typhoid fever
As typhoid is due toxins released in blood as long as its there temparature returns
Continue medication
Give him coconut water which is rich in electrolytes helps in regaining strength and combating infection
