Salt/sugar to under 1 year old baby
Hello. Should we avoid sugar and salt till the baby reaches 1 year of age ? What else should be avoided?

Hi... Animal milk should be started after 1 year age... after 6 months pinch of Salt and sugar you can put so that baby can enjoy the taste of food ...egg Yellow only till 9 months after that egg white can be started..
Dry fruits can be started after 9 months
