Hi. Plantar fascitis can happen due to various reasons. High heels, jogging, high uric acid, etc. are various causes. Pain is maximum in the morning when you keep the first foot down. Footwear needs to be modified.
Next Steps
Wear good sports shoes with memory foam when you are going out. No bear foot walking allowed. At home wear soft foam slippers. In the morning and evening dip your foot in lukewarm water. Take your medication for 1-2 weeks.
Health Tips
This will take a while to settle upto 3 months if you follow my instructions properly. No high heels allowed and if it doesn't come down get your uric acid levels checked
