My four year old has scabies and it's not getting any better even with applying scabby lotion. Please tell me what medicine is there to eat other than applying. It's gets really worse at night and he's unable to sleep because of the itchyness.

All family members at home need to apply the lotion. All bed linen and clothing needs to be washed in warm water and sun dried. Syp Cetzine--5ml once daily at night, will reduce the itching.
