Scales on head, scrotum

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have itchy scales on my scalp (below the hair) behind both ear pinnas. They have been on for over 6 years with periods of subsidence. Have been persistent lately though. The scales can be big, grey. There is a fair bit of scaling on the right side of the scrotum, feels itchy after a long day. Slightly different in texture from those on the scalp.
