Scales sort of lines forms on hands legs

I see my skin get wrinkles and scale like marks will be formed in winter and my skin soon becomes dry. Less itching. But it looks bit odd. Is there any solution to overcome this issue.

Are you suffering from this since childhood. Do you have any other problem except this. Can you please send you pics. May be you are suffering from icthyosis. Try to use good emollient and moisturizing lotion on your body. Take multivitamins and proteins. Don't use soap daily.
