Scaling can be done at any age Also loose teeth are caused due to poor oral hygiene or other diseases The condition that causes this is periodontitis  which increases because of poor oral hygiene. So yes, you can get a scaling done and scaling itself won't cause your teeth to become loose .

Hello Sir. You certainly go ahead with Scaling. It will improve your overall oral environment and help in preventing progress of inflammation (if any) due to local factors. Teeth become loose due to irritation of gums and progressive bone loss. Scaling infact will halt and break this process and improve your oral health.

scaling has nothing to do with age. Scaling should be done when required. Scaling will remove only hard deposits on the teeth. After scaling, if the teeth seem to be loose its because the teeth lost its bone support already. SCALING WONT MAKE YOUR TEETH LOOSEN.
Next Steps
review after scaling and replace wherever needed.
