Scalp folliculitis
I m having scalp folliculitis doctor prescribed isotroin 10mg doctor said lips will dry she gave a lip balm for that from 15 days i am using that medicine ,still i am getting the scalp folliculitis i doubt whether the medicine is working or not daily head bath with prescibed shampoo i am doing.and i even changed my diet(less oil intake, no spicy ,no milk products,)could any one suggest me whether there is a permanent solution for it without any sideeffects.
