Hello, you seem to be suffering from seborrheic dermatitis, which is a severe form of dandruff. It usually increases in cold and dry weather. Selsun is a good option for your condition, but it is important how you're applying it.
To use Selsun or any other anti-dandruff shampoo, first wet your scalp with water, then take a coin-sized amount of shampoo and apply it. It should be kept in place for 10-15 minutes and then washed off, either with water or your regular shampoo. This treatment should be done twice to thrice a week while washing your hair daily with a non-medicated shampoo.
It is better to stop homeopathic medicines as sometimes these can increase your dandruff.
As for the diet, you should avoid junk food, dairy products and high fat or high carbohydrate foods. Drink at least 4 litres of water daily.
